About The Event

Many mental health professionals teach mindfulness techniques to their clients, but do not have a daily practice themselves. This MBSR training is specifically for mental health professionals who want to more fully experience mindfulness and build a personal mindfulness practice, so that they may be able to teach it with more authenticity.

MBSR is an evidence-based, 8-week program to teach you mindfulness practices and help you integrate them into your life. This training is great for beginners and those who have been practicing mindfulness but want support in making it a way of being and a daily practice rather than a once-in-a-while activity. Group includes 8 weekly 2.5-hour classes and one full day retreat.
