I am a developmental psychologist (M.S., Ph.D.) who has spent 15 years in research, evaluation, and program development related to infant and early childhood development and early care and education. I have always cared deeply for the wellbeing of babies and young children, and my career path has followed that passion.

 

Since having my own two beautiful daughters, I have realized that the transformation from woman to mother is an immense shift, and I recognized the need for every mother to have support in this time. Thus, I have spent the past several years growing my passion for supporting both mothers and babies.

 

Currently, I am completing my Board Certified Coach credential. I am a Certified Lactation Counselor and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator. I am trained as a birth doula by DONA International.

 

Because professionalism is critical to the privilege of helping others, I abide by the Code of Ethics of the International Coach Federation, The Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice, Lamaze International and DONA International.
